The cooperation between Simposio and the Client begins with an opening check-in.
The business consultant analyzes the quality of the services and/or products offered by the client, carries out a preliminary S.W.O.T. analysis and, together with the enterprise manager, sets the sales priorities:
- A cluster analysis
- The benefits of the business proposal
- The key products
- A competitor analysis
- The commercial structure of the enterprise: agents, sellers, internal sales representatives.
The consultant represents a pivotal figure, being an intermediary between Client and Agency; each month he will schedule a meeting to update the client about the ongoing progresses. He will also assist the Client during the first meetings and during the first stages of negotiation resulted from the implementation of the project.
